School Structure
Our school structure is designed to spread leadership and responsibility across the school. This layered leadership structure does away with the hierarchical model and endeavours to work on a more democratic leadership style.
The design allows our students to be at the forefront of our thinking and works alongside our new curriculum. We are one year in and continually adapting.
